Job Description

  • Lead end‑to‑end NPI supply planning, including pre‑launch readiness, production planning, pipeline fill, safety stock setup, and post‑launch stabilisation while managing risks such as capacity, lead times, MOQs, supplier readiness, and logistics constraints.
  • Translate launch forecasts into executable production, supply, and distribution plans, ensuring timely issue escalation and tracking performance metrics (service levels, inventory, launch stability, SLOB risk).

  • Develop short‑ and mid‑term supply plans for NPIs and transitioning SKUs in collaboration with markets and supply planners, adjusting plans based on real‑time demand and performance signals.
  • Coordinate closely with plants, material planners, and Procurement to ensure production slots, raw material readiness, and packaging/artwork availability for launches.
  • Integrate NPI and PLCM requirements into S&OP/S&OE processes, aligning launch volumes and timelines across Demand Planning, Marketing, and market stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate system master data, planning parameters, and regulatory compliance for NPI/PLCM SKUs while supporting governance, change management, and data integrity across planning platforms.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in lubricants, FMCG, chemicals, or manufacturing environments is preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience in Supply Planning, NPI Planning, or Product Lifecycle roles.

  • Advanced analytical, Excel, and presentation skills.

What's on Offer

  • Contract: 12 Months (Subject to Extension)
  • Hybrid working arrangement
  • Covered medical expenses
  • A dynamic, collaborative environment where you'll work closely with cross‑functional teams across Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations, and Commercial.
