This role is responsible for generating production and material supply requirements, developing supply and deployment plans, and ensuring consistent product availability across the network. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to anticipate constraints, run scenario analyses, and maintain inventory and supply alignment within an 18‑month horizon.

Job Description

  • Generate production requirements from approved demand plans, ensuring adherence to inventory targets while accounting for network complexity and supply constraints.
  • Run what‑if scenarios to resolve supply-demand gaps and evaluate feasibility, risks, and business impact.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and other stakeholders to ensure timely product flow and prevent out‑of‑stock risks within an 18‑month horizon.
  • Maintain accurate Master Data and ensure system alignment with real production capabilities.
  • Anticipate supply issues, analyze potential trade‑offs, and propose pragmatic solutions to maintain operational continuity.
  • Partner with inventory teams to review and achieve agreed inventory targets, continuously optimizing without compromising service levels.
  • Facilitate weekly and monthly production review meetings to track progress and address operational challenges.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure strong communication, alignment, and execution of supply strategies.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field; a Master's in Supply Chain or MBA is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply planning, distribution planning, or logistics roles.
  • Strong proficiency with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools.
  • Experienced in multinational environments, comfortable navigating cultural diversity and cross-border operations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Thrives in dynamic environments with shifting priorities; demonstrates curiosity, problem‑solving capability, and critical thinking.
