They are renowned for their innovative solutions that enable the testing and inspection of microchips, playing a critical role in bringing cutting-edge electronic devices to the world.Job DescriptionPromoting "Zero Defects": Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement among our suppliers to eliminate defects.New Material Qualification: Assist in assessing and approving new supplier materials as part of our product development process.Supplier Audits: Manage and update the supplier audit program, ensuring audits are conducted on schedule and all corrective actions are completed.Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis: Lead efforts with suppliers and internal teams to investigate and resolve issues with non-conforming materials, preventing them from recurring.Material Returns & Corrective Actions: Oversee the return of defective materials to suppliers and ensure timely completion of their corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and 8D reports.Quality Characteristics & Defect Classification: Define and analyze critical quality attributes, including classifying different types of defects.Performance Reporting & Improvement: Provide accurate and timely reports on quality performance and drive initiatives to enhance key quality metrics.Supplier Improvement Projects: Strategically lead projects aimed at improving supplier capabilities to consistently meet our quality standards.Performance Review & Escalation: Evaluate supplier quality performance during business reviews, formulate action plans, and escalate issues when necessary.Collaboration with Supply Chain: Partner with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team to ensure regular reporting of supplier performance and the implementation of prompt corrective actions.Product Compliance: Verify that all finished products meet customer specifications and international regulatory standards (e.g., SEMI, EC, EN Standards).Intellectual Property Protection: Safeguard customer intellectual property.Other Duties: Undertake additional assignments as business needs dictate.The Successful ApplicantEducation: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Quality-related discipline.
