Due to the growth of the business as well as the increased complexity of their business landscape, they are looking for a Strategic Planning Director for Order Fulfillment to join their leadership team.

Job Description

The Strategic Planning Director of Order Fulfillment will be coordinating activities to support the company's strategic initiatives across different manufacturing sites around the world, besides working very closely with the business and commercial team. Amongst the many responsibilities some are listed below:

  • Ensure service level with the Regional Supply Chain team & global manufacturing sites are aligned
  • Take lead in making sure global manufacturing sites' output are balanced and ensure other departments (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales & Commercial) are aware and working towards the aligned service levels
  • Responsible for Strategic Marketing analytics for upgrades to be built in regional manufacturing sites
  • Be the single point of contact for quarter end shipment quality and ensure global sites, logistics department & Sales teams are closing the quarter successfully.
  • Utilize program managements and LEAN to improve business results & objectives (Lead Time)
  • Gather competitive intelligence on delivery, responsiveness, flexibility, cost & quality.
  • Developing strategic programs with functional teams and business partners to create operational value for Customers

The Successful Applicant

  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 10-15 years of working experience in Strategic Planning/Order Fulfillment
  • Prior working experience in Semiconductor industry
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Hands on, proactive and independent
  • Strong analytical skills and has good commercial acumen, business partnering, and stakeholder management abilities
