Job Description

  • Provide technical support to ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the Technology department to implement IT solutions that align with business needs.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure high levels of availability and security.
  • Assist in the deployment and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
  • Document technical procedures, solutions, and guidelines for future reference.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to address IT-related concerns.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for IT processes and systems.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Strategic IT Support should have:

  • Knowledge of Intune, Office 365, Windows OS and Windows Servers and Networking
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Hands-on experience with system monitoring and maintenance tools.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking systems.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
