We are seeking a Strategic Initiatives Delivery Lead to lead strategic technology initiatives, drive digital innovation, and manage end-to-end delivery of complex projects across the organization. The ideal candidate brings more than 7 years of experience in technology roles, proven expertise in large-scale project management, and strong stakeholder engagement skills to enable successful transformation outcomes.

Job Description

  • Lead the development and execution of transformation strategies and frameworks within the technology department.
  • Align technology strategies with business objectives through stakeholder engagement.
  • Lead operational efficiency improvements via process simplification and automation.
  • Design and implement change management strategies to support adoption of new technologies.
  • Act as Project Manager for major initiatives (e.g., Core Banking, Cloud projects), ensuring timely delivery and governance.
  • Develop financial analyses and business cases for large-scale projects.
  • Communicate complex strategies effectively through executive presentations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Strategic Initiatives Delivery Lead should have:

  • More than 7 years of experience in technology-related roles with exposure to large-scale transformation projects
  • Proven project management expertise, including Agile and traditional delivery methods
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to align technology initiatives to business objectives
  • Proficiency in project tools such as Jira, MS Project, Power BI, and advanced presentation skills for stakeholder communication
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to engage effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
