About Our Client

My client is a well known chip manufacturer with huge plans to grow within both Asia Region and Malaysia.

Job Description

  • Develop comprehensive test plans and methodologies for wafer sort operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex test-related issues to maintain production efficiency.
  • Design and optimize test hardware (probe cards, test boards) for optimal performance.
  • Create and refine test software programs to accurately assess product quality.
  • Lead the transition of test solutions from development to high-volume manufacturing.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven track record in wafer sort testing and automation.
  • Strong proficiency in ATE platforms (Teradyne, NI) and wafer probers.
  • Expertise in analog and power management IC testing.
  • Solid understanding of electrical engineering principles and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.



Desired Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience with specific test equipment and software (e.g., ETS364, STS, C/C++, LabVIEW)
