Our client is an globally renowned MNC organization specializing in healthcare, both in consumer and ethical portfolios. Their major consumer brands are the no.1 preferred consumer choice available in pharmacy chains nationwide, which has become a household staple.

Job Description

  • Reporting to the head of department, you are expected to function as a brand custodian to develop and grow brand activation plans across both ATL and BTL with a consumer-centric approach.
  • Responsible over A&P budgetary planning, by integrating consumer insights IQVIA and regulated practices to inform best brand communication plans. Sensitive to competitor activities and keeps abreast of marketing trends.
  • Skilled in digital marketing strategies, able to track and understand digital metrics with the support of a digital agency.
  • Ensure compliance of brand communications according to brand, regional's and industry guidelines.
  • Manage A&P budgetary planning to ensure optimum ROI and meeting the company's objectives.
  • Identify areas of opportunity and sees through NPD processes towards new assortment that addresses brand objectives.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders including digital and creative agencies while managing deliverables.
  • Adept at reporting brand performance and plans to key stakeholders.



The Successful Applicant

  • Preferential background in healthcare / nutrition portfolio.
  • Proven experience in brand management.
  • Ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data.
