Job Description

  • Mechanical Engineer or Industrial Engineering degree graduate. Other engineering degrees are welcome as well.
  • At least Bachelor holder in the relevant study field
  • 5 years or more years of experience in PCB process control
  • Knowledge of Pneumatic systems, Welding systems, Hydraulic Systems or Engine systems
  • Knowledge on handling project transfer is an advantage
  • Understanding on RBA processes, ISO and IATF certifications also an advantage

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Sr Process Engineer' should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong technical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good knowledge of process improvement techniques.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing production processes.
