Our client is a global electromechanial component Supplier with over 13B USD turnover per year and over 80 countries footprint.

Job Description

  • Manage manufacturing engineering teams to define and control manufacturing process with the good process flow, set up, tools, fixture facilities, workmanship and the ergonomics.
  • Takes responsibility with his team of all the processes and the products to assure good quality and optimize production.
  • Manage manufacturing engineering to conduct failure analysis and work with other department to take effective corrective action, to reduce the scrap rate and improve efficiency.
  • Coordinate with NPI dept to guarantee new product launch from design to mass production successfully.
  • Manage testing engineering to ensure good equipment set up and efficient testing with the quality.
  • Lead the qualification team to qualify the new equipment, raw material and process in mass production line

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 10 years related working experience in manufacturing engineering field of electronics industry, transformer experience preferred. At least 8 years of management experience.
  • University degree in Engineering or bachelor's degree with strong technical and management experience.
  • Strong project management abilities, including planning, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
  • Effective team management skills, capable of motivating and guiding team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Good command of oral and written English & Mandarin.
