Job Description
- Involved in a wide variety of events/ meetings involving management, press interviews, investors partners, credit rating agencies, clients, sporting activities, charitable events and other professional commitments
- Act as a point of contact between CEO and department heads when necessary
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding matters relating to ensure that deadlines are met on an on-going basis, and any other duties & responsibilities assigned by CEO
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university
- Entry level candidates, or those with min.5 years of relevant experience/ background can apply
- Confident candidate with strong interpersonal skills and approachable
- Good verbal and written communication skills, able to write speeches well
- Able to multitask and juggle multiple priorities under time pressure
- Critical thinking & analytic in nature with problem-solving skills, and pays attention to detail
- Motivated individual, resilient and able to take on challenges
- Willing to travel locally and overseas if required
