Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Project Director/Manager for BSS project delivery, serving as the main point of contact for the customer.
  • Oversee project planning, cost control, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction throughout the delivery phase.
  • Align front-end sales and back-end operations to ensure contract compliance and delivery excellence.
  • Apply project management methodologies and tools to build and lead project teams.
  • Develop and execute project operation and management plans, coordinate resources, and manage subcontractors.
  • Ensure project scope, timeline, cost, quality, and profitability are met.
  • Monitor project progress and delivery during implementation, ensuring compliance with internal management standards.



The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the Telco & IT industry.
  • Familiarity with telecom software solutions such as NGBSS/BES, CRM, CBS is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills.



Professional Knowledge:

  • Proficient in project management domains including change, communication, financial, risk, progress, scope, and stakeholder management.
  • Understanding of telecom project delivery models, contracts, procurement, and commercial operations.
  • Experience with software products like NGBSS/BES, CBS, and OCS.
  • Solid grasp of telecom industry principles and teamwork dynamics.
