Job Description

As a Social Media Specialist, you will be developing and implementing regional social media strategies aligned with business objectives across multiple markets. Also:

  • Managing and monitoring social media channels for the region, ensuring consistent branding and messaging while adapting to local nuances.
  • Creating engaging, localised content (text, images, videos) tailored for diverse audiences across platforms.
  • Analysing performance metrics regionally, providing insights and recommendations to optimise campaigns and drive engagement.
  • Collaborating with regional and global stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and leadership teams, to align initiatives and secure buy-in.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for social media in the region, working independently to execute strategies and resolve challenges.
  • Monitoring competitor activities across markets, identifying opportunities for differentiation and improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Social Media Specialist, you should come with:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in regional social media management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media tools, analytics, and content creation.
  • B2B experience and knowledge of the Business Services industry is a plus.
