Job Description

Key Skills:

Job Scope:

  • Develop and implement proper data tagging, tracking codes, analyzing data, creating reports and recommendation for continuous optimization.
  • Provide solutions and validation processes to ensure data integrity and optimal performance
  • Prepare and communicate the trend analysis of key metrics by product, geographical areas, sales channels, call activity and omnichannel performance to evaluate the related KPI.
  • Close collaboration with other system/process owners (SDM and Digital Channel) across the SECCD teams to support analytics needs to ensure optimization of Sales Excellence
  • Support country omnichannel planning and execution by providing regular SF omnichannel engagement performance analysis and tracking
  • Develop, implement and monitor sales force effectiveness plans and initiatives to drive sales growth and sales force productivity
  • Implementation & maintenance of processes, tools and systems (e.g. customer relationship management, field force management system) to support sales activities
  • Drive active usage of customer relationship management program to monitor interactions with current and future customers, manage customer data and direct segmentation/targeting, territorial alignment etc
  • Support implementation and expansion of Dashboard capabilities in Power BI related to specific SFE KPIs
  • Ensure the CRM Tools are in good condition in terms of data integrity and functionality.
  • To provide training to new joiners on the usage of the CRM Tools.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in related field, sales, marketing, IT, Business.
  • Flair for IT tools, especially with SFDC. Proficient with Power BI, MS Excel and Powerpoint.
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in pharmaceutical/FMCG industry or ex-data/ business analyst can be considered.
  • Sales and Marketing experience would be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical skill, good interpersonal skill, Business analytics or CRM system experience will be added advantage.
