Job Description

  • Leading the service department and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Developing growth strategies to boost the department's performance in the Northern region.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and service delivery.
  • Implementing and adhering to health and safety regulations.
