We are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants from all diverse backgroundJob Description* Turning complex data sets into intuitive data visualisation and presenting insights using advanced analytics to stakeholders * Identifying business efficiencies using both internal and external data sources to make data-driven recommendations * Manipulation of large data sets and scenario modelling * Proactive identification of analytical opportunities to drive business growth and improve efficiencies * Other ad hoc analysis/projects providing value-added recommendations to stakeholders * Trusted advisor with domain knowledge and expertise in data models, data flows and Insights products with ability to use and recommend the most appropriate tools for analysis and reporting * Assist product owners with analysis/requirements gathering/UAT for product enhancement and assist with evolution of current insights suite * Aligning analytics framework with best practice and support the enhancement of the Group's data strategThe Successful ApplicantBachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline.Fluent in English (written and verbal), with the ability to communicate complex insights clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.The role requires the following technical competencies:Power BI (Intermediate): Development of dashboards, KPI reporting, data modelling, and visualisation.Microsoft Excel (Advanced): Advanced data analysis, modelling, forecasting, pivot tables, and scenario planning.Microsoft PowerPoint (Intermediate): Preparation of executive-ready presentations and insight storytelling.SQL (Intermediate): Data extraction, transformation, and querying from structured databases.Proven experience in a Sales Insights Analyst, Sales Analyst, or Business Intelligence role.Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable commercial insights that support revenue growth and performance improvement.Experience working within a multinational organisation, supporting stakeholders across multiple time zones.Exposure to global collaboration with Analytics, BI, and Sales teams.Strong stakeholder management experience, including engagement with senior leadershipWhat's on OfferAttractive salary packageOpportunity to work in a large organization based in Kuala Lumpur.Structured career development and growth opportunities.Access to shared services and a professional work environment.This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Sales Insights Analyst to make a significant impact in the business services industry.
