Job Description

* Turning complex data sets into intuitive data visualisation and presenting insights using advanced analytics to stakeholders

* Identifying business efficiencies using both internal and external data sources to make data-driven recommendations

* Manipulation of large data sets and scenario modelling

* Proactive identification of analytical opportunities to drive business growth and improve efficiencies

* Other ad hoc analysis/projects providing value-added recommendations to stakeholders

* Trusted advisor with domain knowledge and expertise in data models, data flows and Insights products with ability to use and recommend the most appropriate tools for analysis and reporting

* Assist product owners with analysis/requirements gathering/UAT for product enhancement and assist with evolution of current insights suite

* Aligning analytics framework with best practice and support the enhancement of the Group's data strateg

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal), with the ability to communicate complex insights clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
  • The role requires the following technical competencies:
  • Power BI (Intermediate): Development of dashboards, KPI reporting, data modelling, and visualisation.
  • Microsoft Excel (Advanced): Advanced data analysis, modelling, forecasting, pivot tables, and scenario planning.
  • Microsoft PowerPoint (Intermediate): Preparation of executive-ready presentations and insight storytelling.
  • SQL (Intermediate): Data extraction, transformation, and querying from structured databases.
  • Proven experience in a Sales Insights Analyst, Sales Analyst, or Business Intelligence role.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable commercial insights that support revenue growth and performance improvement.
  • Experience working within a multinational organisation, supporting stakeholders across multiple time zones.
  • Exposure to global collaboration with Analytics, BI, and Sales teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, including engagement with senior leadership
