We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, identifying new market opportunities, and managing relationships with key clients. You will lead the end-to-end sales process, collaborating with internal engineering teams to deliver tailored proposals and ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, while expanding existing client accounts within the smart manufacturing and smart building sectors.
  • Build and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to create customized proposals and deliver effective client presentations.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals and handing over to project delivery teams.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to drive strategic growth initiatives.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through proactive relationship management and regular follow-up.
  • Support the preparation of contracts, business cases, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with business development teams.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Sales Executive should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, with solid IT technical knowledge.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, with at least 3 years in business development within Smart Manufacturing or Smart Building sectors, preferably in the ASEAN market.
  • Strong sales acumen with a creative, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Japanese would be a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
  • Collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively with internal technical teams and external partners
