They are looking for a talented Senior R&D Executive to join our dynamic Research and Development team.Job DescriptionOversee the documentation of new technologies and manage trade secrets, patents, and proprietary processes.Collaborate with the Head of R&D to create and refine innovative materials, processes, and technologies.Work closely with the marketing team to identify customer needs and industry trends, integrating these insights into R&D efforts.Participate in team meetings, provide regular updates on project progress, and lead failure analysis to identify and implement solutions.Collect, analyze, and interpret test data to guide future research and improve current technologies.Prepare detailed reports documenting research findings, project progress, and technical challenges.Provide technical guidance to the production team, addressing issues and ensuring compliance with operational standards.Assist in the development of business plans, financial models, and marketing strategies in collaboration with corporate teams.Implement and manage ISO9001:2015 standards within the production facility.Manage testing and certification activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and developing a roadmap for future innovations.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in research and development, particularly in materials or process innovation.Strong understanding of intellectual property management and ISO standards.Excellent project management skills with a focus on timely delivery and innovation.Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with marketing and production teams.Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.What's on OfferThey offer a dynamic work environment where innovation is at the core of what we do.
