Job Description

  • Oversee and optimize printing operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
  • Manage production schedules and work flows to meet deadlines and customer requirements.
  • Ensure consistent product quality by monitoring and implementing quality control procedures.
  • Troubleshoot process and machine-related issues, providing technical support as needed.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff and machine operators.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for timely material supply.
  • Implement cost-saving measures through process improvements and resource management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and industry regulations in all processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process enhancements and innovations.
  • Stay updated on printing technologies and industry trends to apply best practices.

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in printing operations, with 5+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of printing techniques, equipment and materials.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and motivate staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
