End-to-end commerce excellence, from marketing and content optimisation to store operations.Job DescriptionExperience: Experience with performance marketing campaigns is required & digital agency background is preferred.Technical skills: A strong technical & hands on execution skills on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, Twitter, Tiktok Ads, Linkedin Ads are required. Experience on Shopee & Lazadaads are plus. Strong execution/optimization skills on different types of campaign objective (Reach, Views, Link Clicks, Leads, Conversion etc)Advance Technical skills: Experience on all advance ads format such as Facebook CPAS (Collaborative ads), Google Shopping ads, Dynamic search ads, AB testing/Multivariate split test, Brand Lift Test.Analytical skills: Excellent analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decision. Strong understanding of utm tracking, ad tags/pixel generation & implementation, campaign's insight reporting from all ads platform is required. Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics is also essential. Experience on MMP like Branch, Appsflyers, GTM are plus.Customer focus: A strong understanding of the target audience and be able to develop unique and innovative campaign ideas that resonate with the target audience. High familiarity on audience segmentation in campaign/adgroup/ads, excellent experience on the creation/optimization of custom audiences, lookalike audiences & retargeting audiences in campaign.Budget management: Experience with managing budgets from different ads platform and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI (CPC, CPV, CPL, CPA etc) is crucial. Detail-oriented and able to ensure that all campaigns & budget are executed with precision and accuracy.Time management: Strong time management skills are essential to ensure that all campaigns are executed on time and within budget, able to accommodate tight timeline of campaign execution.The Successful ApplicantAt least 4 - 6 years of experience in digital marketing, ad optimization, performance marketing, and client servicing within the online advertising industry.Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is typically required. A master's degree in marketing or advertising may be preferred.Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Experience in Facebook Ad Manager, Google Search, Display, Google Analytics tools, Programmatic, etcExperience on performance driven clients (e.g. E-commerce) will be advantageousFluent written and spoken language skills in English and local languageWhat's on OfferIdentify ways to unlock business growth via tech and data.
