Job Description

  • Ensure best-in-class customer satisfaction for product quality, delivery timelines, and collaboration.
  • Review and approve final product quality and certifications with the inspection team.
  • Lead problem-solving activities and collaborate with international partners to prevent issues proactively.
  • Continuously improve inspections, quality loops, and processes within the global production network.
  • Oversee and enhance the site's Quality Management System (QMS) and Integrated Management System (IMS).
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001), local laws, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Manage internal and external audits, certifications, and regulatory inspections.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
  • Identify and eliminate waste, improve efficiency, and enhance product quality through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Monitor and report KPIs related to quality and operational excellence.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the team, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and innovation.
  • Support global quality projects and maintain close communication with international counterparts.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (MBA preferred) in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in senior quality leadership roles within manufacturing, preferably in an international setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Operations, QMS, IMS, Lean, Six Sigma, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a multinational environment.
