Senior Manager - Global Supply Chain (Penang)

We are seeking a highly experienced and people-oriented Senior Manager to lead the Global Supply Chain & Supplier Management function. This role is responsible for managing a team of planners across multiple countries while driving supply continuity, supplier performance, and planning efficiency across APAC, EMEA, and North America.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage a global team across APAC, EMEA, and North America, driving seamless supply chain operations to meet regional demand and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of finished goods, address supply constraints, and manage supplier performance across global distribution centers.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams in demand forecasting, logistics, procurement, and sales to align on strategies, optimize inventory management, and support overall company goals.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing process enhancements to drive greater efficiency, leveraging data insights and system tools

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in end-to-end supply chain, with strong exposure to global planning, subcontractor management, and supplier collaboration.
  • Proven leadership experience managing a team (minimum 8-10 direct reports), with the ability to guide and grow the team in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with finished goods subcontractors or joint design manufacturers in a complex supply chain ecosystem (not component-level).
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, especially across demand planning, logistics, and procurement teams.
  • Ability to drive process improvements, manage KPIs, and support strategic projects.
  • Comfortable working across time zones with regular evening calls (Mon-Thurs), especially with stakeholders in AMEA and the U.S.
  • Based in Penang, with a hybrid working model
