Job Description

  • Responsible for business development on renewable solar market segment, proposing and implementing the complete marketing & commercial strategy and the related business plan to develop business opportunities.
  • Responsibility for renewable solar projects annual revenue and profitability targets
  • Responsible to initiate and drive technical, financial, legal business developments, to establish renewable solar energy supply proposals.
  • Responsible for monitoring renewable solar contract operations KPI and customer's satisfaction,
  • Leading role in marketing, commercial, technical activities, supported for technical, legal, financial matters.
  • Represent the Company for all Renewable energy project.
  • Carrying out business development and sales activities based on the roadmap and strategy agreed by management.
  • Manage, establish a pipeline of large-scale renewable energy projects with a key focus on Solar.
  • Develop the project from concept to bid, including sourcing and securing land for the projects.
  • Steer internal approval processes and management approval papers in close collaboration with the Financial and Legal teams.
  • Implement Corporate PPA frameworks to sell renewable energy certificates under VPPA schemes.
  • Facilitate commercial implementation of secured large scale renewable projects in support of the technical project director.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong understanding of the renewable energy industry, power markets and project development.
  • Excellent business development skills with proven track record in area of renewable energy from concept to bid submission.
  • Good understanding of project finance, capital structuring and financial modelling.
  • Capable to structure a general transaction & management of bid.
  • Manage internal resources/consultants/stakeholders, adhering to transaction timeline, and professional writing skills to internal approval papers and bid submission.
  • Strong understanding of power project development (land, grid interconnection, permitting)
  • Effective network with contractors, banks, investors, land owners and government agencies.
  • Excited about digitalisation, decarbonisation, energy efficiency and battery technology.
  • Fluent in English both in writing and presentation.
  • Consolidation of complex projects structure, bid management and approval papers.
