Job Description

  • Perform end-to-end management accounting tasks and processes within the Global Business Services framework.
  • Analyze business performance across sites and groups, focusing on inventory, product costing, expenses, manufacturing costs, unit cost, and project investments.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of management accounting data and reports.
  • Support the month-end closing process and contribute to financial reporting accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including site operations, business groups, finance partners, and corporate functions.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of management reporting strategies and transformation initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or management accounting, preferably within a semiconductor or shared services environment.
  • Strong command of cost and management accounting concepts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with hands-on experience in SAP and Power BI.
  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to work across diverse teams and regions.
