Job Description



  • Lead Litigation Matters: Manage and lead complex litigation cases from start to finish, including strategy, court appearances, and dispute resolution.
  • Team Supervision: Guide and mentor junior associates and paralegals; support their professional development.


  • Legal Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough legal research and stay updated on legal developments to support case strategy.


  • Client Advisory: Provide clear legal advice, maintain regular communication, and ensure strong client relationships.


  • Document Drafting: Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, submissions, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.


  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior colleagues and other departments to deliver integrated legal solutions.


  • Compliance: Ensure all legal work meets professional, ethical, and firm standards.



The Successful Applicant



  • 4 years PQE and above in litigation


  • Strong advocacy, drafting, and legal research skills


  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken)


  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
