The RTR role in the accounting & finance department is responsible for overseeing the financial reporting process, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and driving process improvements. Job Description

  • Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies proactively.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members within the accounting & finance department.
  • Assist in the implementation of new financial systems or tools to enhance reporting capabilities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior RTR should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • A proactive approach to managing tasks and meeting deadlines.
