You will work closely with business leads to ensure organisational design aligns with efficiency reviews and team effectiveness. Your role will involve facilitating human capital planning based on business needs while keeping track of budgeted people costs. You will also administer the entire cycle of performance and talent management planning.This includes identifying talent potential, evaluating retention risks, planning succession and building effective communication capabilities. Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing career technical program design in alignment with business leaders.Develop an end-to-end people strategy based on business agenda, data analytics, employee experience, people cost and external practice scanning.Partner with business leads in organisational design, efficiency review, team effectiveness, identifying critical paths and action plans.Facilitate human capital planning based on business needs and budgeted people cost.Administer the whole cycle of performance and talent management planning.Identify talent potential, evaluate retention risk, plan succession and build effective communication capability. Account for people development strategy and activation.Manage career technical program design, alignment with business leaders, deployment, activation, performance review and placement.The Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate for this Human Resources Business Partner role brings a wealth of experience from a similar position. With at least seven years' experience in HR GBS roles, you have developed a proactive approach to your work that allows you to operate effectively even without supervision. Your background includes a degree in a relevant discipline such as Business or Human Resource Management.Degree in any relevant discipline; preferably in Business/Human Resource Management.Minimum 7 years related working experience in HRBP GBS roles.Proactive nature with the ability to work independently.Results-oriented mindset with strong organisational skillsPleasant personality with strong integrity and excellent communication skills.What's on OfferThis is an opportunity to join a company that values collaboration, commitment, and empathy.
