Job Description

Strategic Business Partnering



  • Act as a trusted advisor to the GM and leadership team on people strategy, talent planning, and organizational effectiveness.


  • Drive long-term HR initiatives that align with business objectives and support sustainable growth.



Organizational Development & Talent Strategy



  • Partner with HR COEs to deliver solutions in talent management, organizational design, and workforce planning.


  • Lead key programs like Annual Reflection, Goal Setting, and Open Enrollment.


  • Champion succession planning, leadership development, and skill-building strategies.



Performance & Change Management



  • Guide performance management cycles and coach leaders to build capability.


  • Support organizational change through communication, alignment, and engagement.



HR Operations & Case Management



  • Oversee case resolution, compliance audits, and escalations across HR service channels.


  • Track HR service KPIs and ensure service excellence with HRBPs and GBS teams.



Lean Culture & Process Improvement



  • Promote a lean, data-driven HR function by driving process automation and standardization.


  • Lead RPA and IT automation projects to boost productivity and efficiency.



Stakeholder Engagement



  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with HRBPs, COEs, and business stakeholders.


  • Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a global manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proven track record in strategic HR partnership, talent management, organizational development, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience with HR automation tools, case management systems, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, RBA).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed, and culturally diverse organization.
