Job Description

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and improve recruitment processes to attract top talent.

  • Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee performance.

Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making.

  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and growth plans.
  • Drive transformation initiatives to position HR as a strategic enabler.



Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Forecast workforce needs and optimize resource allocation.



Learning & Development

  • Design and implement impactful L&D programs to build future-ready capabilities.
  • Champion continuous learning and career development pathways.



Stakeholder Management & Culture Building

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to influence and drive HR initiatives.
  • Foster an inclusive, engaging, and high-performance culture.



HR Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee HR policies, compliance, and risk management.
  • Ensure operational excellence in HR processes and systems.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior HR Manager should have:

  • Experience: 8-12 years in HR with exposure to all HR functions; strong expertise in L&D, recruitment, and transformation.
  • Skills: Strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and ability to balance tactical and operational execution.
  • Mindset: Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's in HR or related field; professional certifications preferred.
