We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. Job Description

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with Company's goals and objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent; implement performance management systems to drive employee development.
  • Policy Development: Establish and enforce HR policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and promote organizational effectiveness.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain employees.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and implement programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations; manage risk and resolve workplace disputes.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate for should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Min 10 years working experience within the HR function with 5 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven experience as a HR Manager, preferably within the B2B & B2C experience
  • Proven experience in strategic HR planning and execution.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
