You will be in charge of

• inancial Leadership & Oversight:
  
  • Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and development opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard financial assets and prevent fraud.
  • Manage financial risk and implement mitigation strategies.
• Financial Analysis & Planning:
  
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare financial forecasts and budgets, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analysis for new projects and initiatives.
  • Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Group Reporting & Compliance Requirements:
  
  • Ensure compliance with bursa lrequirements and regulations.
  • Manage investor relations and communications.
• Tax Compliance & Planning:
  
  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and international tax regulations.
  • Optimize tax liabilities through effective tax planning strategies.
  • Manage tax audits and assessments.
• Treasury Management:
  
  • Oversee cash flow management, ensuring adequate liquidity to meet operational needs.
  • Manage foreign exchange risk and implement hedging strategies.
  • Establish and maintain banking relationships.
• Regulatory Compliance:
  
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and accounting standards (e.g., IFRS).
  • Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
