Job Description



  • Establish and uphold best practices in testing and quality assurance to ensure applications are robust and reliable.
  • Develop and integrate new back-end services to enhance functionality.
  • Oversee team workloads and priorities in Jira, ensuring accurate time estimates and timely project completion.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for product and user experience improvements.
  • Lead and actively contribute to the design and development of consumer-focused mobile applications, offering technical expertise and guidance.
  • Maintain existing systems while transitioning away from legacy infrastructure.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless data delivery to clients.
  • Create and update documentation, coding standards, and training resources.
  • Conduct code reviews to uphold the highest quality standards.
  • Keep pace with advancements in native application development and related technologies, sharing insights with the team.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering and native app development.
  • Expertise in mobile application technologies like React Native, iOS, and Android, as well as back-end development using NodeJS.
  • Proven experience working with cloud-native environments such as Amazon AWS and scalable architectures.
  • Hands-on familiarity with feature flags and modern development approaches, including OTA updates, CI/CD, DevOps, and trunk-based development.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking and creativity in solving complex challenges.
  • Solid project management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
