Job Description

  • Oversee and manage the full spectrum of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
  • Lead the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor cash flow, manage risks, and oversee investment activities.
  • Mentor and develop the finance team to achieve departmental goals effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Finance Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with relevant professional qualifications.
  • Proven experience in end to end financial management within the Technology or SaaS industry.
  • Professional accounting qualification is preferred.
  • Expert in leading regional finance portfolios.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Leadership capabilities with a track record of managing and developing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
