Job Description

  • Support month-end closing activities related to product costing and accruals.
  • Prepare journal entries for system postings.
  • Gather and follow up on information requests from stakeholders for monthly projection reports.
  • Update and analyze plant expense tracking files.
  • Assist in simulating product costs for trading items and new project development requests.
  • Monitor and help track cost-saving initiatives.
  • Provide costing information for item code creation and other ad-hoc requests.
  • Perform additional related tasks or assignments as directed by management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Holds a bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Accounting or Finance.
  • Has 1 to 3 years of relevant finance experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and organizational skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and results-oriented, capable of multitasking and working independently.
  • A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, self-discipline, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
