Job Description

  • Financial Analysis and Reporting:
    • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
    • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analyses as needed.
  • Business Partnering:
    • Collaborate closely with regional business leaders to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
    • Partner with functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, operations) to understand their financial needs and objectives.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional stakeholders.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting:
    • Assist in the development and management of regional budgets.
    • Prepare accurate financial forecasts and projections.
    • Monitor budget performance and identify variances.
  • Financial Modeling:
    • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
    • Conduct sensitivity analyses to assess the impact of different scenarios on financial performance.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
    • Implement process improvements and best practices.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial modeling tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working in a multinational or regional organization is preferred.
