Job Description

  • Manage all website content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, merchandising standards, and marketing timelines.
  • Optimize onsite product display, categorization, pricing, and search performance to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with IT and development teams to resolve technical issues and improve platform functionality.
  • Develop and execute content strategies with digital marketing teams to drive customer engagement and brand awareness.
  • Implement personalization tactics and onsite campaigns to boost lead generation and conversion.
  • Analyze eCommerce sales data, customer behavior, and competitor trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with the merchandise planning team to ensure optimal product assortment and inventory availability.
  • Monitor and report key performance metrics, leveraging insights to improve site performance and online sales.



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in eCommerce operations, preferably within the sports, fashion, or footwear industry.
  • Proficiency in CMS platforms, with preference for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFRA).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics to track and optimize website performance.
  • Knowledge of heat mapping tools like Contentsquare to analyze user behavior and improve site engagement.
  • Experience managing Product Information Management (PIM) systems for accurate and efficient product listings.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting, analysis, and presentations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical and operational issues in eCommerce.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
