Job Description

  • Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes for the organization.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits to provide necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and corporate policies across all financial operations.
  • Support the implementation of new accounting systems and processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to align with business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Controlling Specialist should have:

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis and controllership functions.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
