Job Description

  • Process all Life / Accident and Health (A&H) / Major Claims / Corporate Solutions (CS) / Pre Approval (PA) claims requests received as per stipulated requirements.
  • Evaluate and capture all data for claim processes, prepare medical questionnaire and to review all status and ensure efficient adjustment in claim system.
  • Prepares regular reporting to management on metrics relating to business, operations, risk, compliance, workforce, etc. or statutory authorities on regulatory metrics.
  • Develop procedures for reporting, extract, collate and populate data to reporting template.
  • Validate data accuracy and liaise with relevant parties to rectify data quality.

The Successful Applicant

  • Open to experienced Medical Claims Assessor, experienced candidate from Lab / Nursing.
  • A recognized tertiary Diploma / Degree in Biology, Biotechnology, and Medical Science, Social Science, Business Management, Actuarial, Food Science or equivalent qualifications.
  • Seeking Mandarin-speaking & reading candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients
