Job Description

  • Provide strategic consulting on 5G, ICT, Cloud, and OTT, offering ROI-driven insights from a CXO perspective.
  • Lead MBB/5G projects by identifying customer pain points and integrating cross-domain knowledge to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Analyse consumer behaviour and network data to guide GTM strategies for emerging applications like AR/VR and cloud gaming.
  • Research national policies and industry-specific needs to design business models and ecosystem strategies for enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance customer engagement using CEM/SOC and UC capabilities.
  • Facilitate partnerships between Telcos and industry players to drive innovation and investment.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10 years of experience in telecom/ICT consulting, presales, or marketing design.
  • Strong expertise in MBB/LTE and GTM strategy; experience in 3G/4G is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of 2B industry verticals and digital transformation challenges.
  • Familiarity with CEM/SOC platforms and UC engagement.
  • Proven ability to coordinate 5G ecosystem development, especially in Thailand.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business; MBA preferred.
  • Professional demeanor with strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; Chinese language skills are highly desirable.
