Job Description

  • To develop and execute strategic marketing and brand plans for the Women's Health portfolio while supporting overall marketing initiatives to drive growth, awareness, and engagement.
  • This role will be fully responsible for leading the assigned therapeutic area portfolio and bridges brand management with broader marketing functions including digital, content, trade engagement, and cross-functional campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and leverage opportunities for growth within the women's health market.
  • Monitor market trends and activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Lead product launches, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and market requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines within all marketing activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • A Degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, or related field
  • Demonstrated expertise in brand management and marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and performance metrics.
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Have years of experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare marketing, with preference for Women's Health or Consumer Healthcare portfolio experience
