Job Description

  • Client Project Management:
  • Organize and execute business projects to meet client requirements.
  • Provide exceptional service to enhance business operations.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration:
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration, particularly with the delivery team.
  • Translate customer needs into service proposals and deliveries.


  • Client Engagement:
  • Engage with clients to identify and resolve business opportunities.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships as the primary point of contact.


  • Technology and Service Support:
  • Address technical challenges during sales by coordinating with internal teams.
  • Propose and customize deliverables based on client needs.


  • Service Coordination:
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Process sales orders accurately following company procedures.
  • Networking and Business Development:
  • Build industry connections at networking events.
  • Adhere to the Information Security Policy.

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for a corporate setting.
  • Proactive, client service-oriented approach.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Own transportation required.
