This includes training, developing, and retaining staff while maximizing available resources.Financial Oversight: Manage the section's budget and resources to ensure cost-effective operations.Technical Guidance: Guide the team in developing technical solutions and maintaining a competitive edge.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead or participate in company-wide, cross-functional projects.The Successful ApplicantRequired Qualifications:Education: A bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.Experience: 8-12 years of professional work experience, with at least 5-8 years in the semiconductor industry.
