As Sales Manager South East Asia your primary responsibility will be to spearhead growth and revenue by strategically managing existing accounts and fostering the development of UHF RFID, NFC, and BLE solutions.

Job Description

  • Strategically manage existing accounts to maximize revenue and build lasting partnerships within SEA.
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, prioritizing client satisfaction and retention.
  • Work cross-functionally to deliver customized solutions that meet the changing needs of strategic accounts.
  • Perform market analysis to uncover growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Create and implement a targeted business development strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competition, and new technologies to continually improve strategies.
  • Partner with product development to refine solutions that cater to both existing and potential accounts.
  • Design and execute sales strategies aimed at meeting revenue goals within existing accounts.
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring solutions align with client requirements.
  • Identify and establish partnerships to strengthen the company's influence within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with external partners to broaden market reach and enhance strategic value.
  • Ensure smooth execution of business development plans to align with existing account needs.
  • Analyze sales and market data in depth to refine strategies for both current and new accounts.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business or a related field
  • Willing to travel for business mainly South East Asia.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 in sales and business development experience.
  • Good knowledge of RFID, NFC, and BLE technologies and applications.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to assess market trends, customer needs, and competition to develop and implement effective pipeline management strategies.
