We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across Southeast Asia. This role is critical in expanding our regional presence, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth in the precision engineering sector. The ideal candidate has strong B2B technical sales experience, a deep understanding of industrial applications, and a strong network within the region.

Our client is a global leader in precision engineering solutions, delivering high-performance components and systems to industries such as aerospace, medical devices, semiconductors, and automation.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across SEA markets, including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
  • Manage key accounts and cultivate long-term client relationships.
  • Work closely with engineering and product development teams to propose customized solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize sales approaches.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with company policies and pricing structures.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
  • Represent the company at regional trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 7 years of technical B2B sales experience, preferably in the precision engineering or related sectors.
  • Proven track record of regional sales success and business development.
  • Strong understanding of industrial applications, manufacturing processes, and engineering products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel frequently across Southeast Asia.
  • Proficiency in English; additional SEA languages are an advantage.
