Job Description

As a Solution Consultant (SAP PS), you'll play a critical role in helping organizations transition to SAP S/4HANA, specifically within Project System (PS) and its integration with Finance (FI/CO).

You'll be involved in:

  • Assessing technical feasibility for SAP S/4HANA data migration initiatives
  • Designing and executing data migration concepts for Project System and related objects
  • Supporting migration execution using industry‑standard tools
  • Providing consulting support, troubleshooting, and process improvement recommendations
  • Collaborating closely with global stakeholders and project teams across regions
  • Engaging in international projects, with flexibility to work European hours when required.



This role offers hands‑on ownership, exposure to real transformation work, and the chance to sharpen your SAP consulting expertise in a live global environment.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Solution Consultant (SAP PS) should have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in an SAP PS consulting or delivery role
  • Strong hands‑on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP R/3, especially PS integration with FI/CO
  • Experience with data migration tools such as Migrate Your Data app, LTMC, LSMW, and ideally Syniti ADMM
  • Confidence working with international teams and stakeholders
  • Clear communication skills, adaptability, and a consulting mindset
  • Willingness to travel internationally when project needs
