Job Description

  • Create and conduct engaging sales training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs for new and existing distributors.
  • Educate distributors on product knowledge, unique selling points, and positioning strategies to enhance customer engagement.
  • Equip distributors with sales skills, communication strategies, and leadership development to improve recruitment and retention.
  • Design training modules, presentations tailored for different distributor levels.
  • Assess distributor performance, identify skill gaps, and provide personalized coaching to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Inspire and motivate distributors through seminars, conventions, and virtual training events to maintain high energy and commitment.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and evolving sales techniques to refine training programs.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to align training programs with company goals and market needs.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Sales Trainer in the MLM industry, with a strong understanding of network marketing principles.
  • Strong sales acumen with hands-on experience in sales and distributor engagement, including proactively seeking out new distributors to expand the business and drive growth.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate large audiences.
  • Experience in developing training materials and delivering both in-person and online training.
  • Analytical mindset to assess training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Ability to build relationships and mentor distributors at various levels.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
