A Marketing Manager who is responsible for marketing planning strategies and lead the product lifecycle of the company's products (Life Science/ lab instruments portfolios). This person must also have experience in sales and strong distributor management, as well as people management skills.

They specialise in a wide range of life science equipments and lab instrumentation.

Job Description

  • Strategically plan and lead the product lifecycle from research to launching.
  • Strong HCPs engagement in laboratories, institutions and hospitals (medical channels).
  • Share product knowledge, presentation and educate KOLs to increase brand and product awareness
  • Demonstrate and share product information with healthcare professionals viz. doctors, nurses and pharmacists.
  • Strong distributor management in achieving assigned sales targets by implementing agreed sales plans/promotions.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for company products.
  • Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs and attend trade exhibitions.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experiences in Life Science industry.
  • Soft skills: Possess leadership, networking, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Education: Preferably Tertiary qualifications in Biomedical/ Life Science- related. Alternatively, extensive medical device sales experience can be considered.
  • Strong communication skills
