Job Description

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with annual sales and performance targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and client needs.
  • Track and report the effectiveness and uptake of marketing initiatives on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Maintain and update the client database, including identification and screening of new prospects.
  • Classify clients into relevant categories following evaluation.
  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives to acquire new clients and increase engagement from existing corporate accounts.
  • Prepare accurate, value‑oriented proposals based on client requirements.
  • Work with internal stakeholders (e.g. clinical, operations, and finance teams) to develop proposals and quotations.
  • Develop marketing materials for corporate clients.
  • Coordinate with internal and external designers or vendors on artwork and content development.
  • Ensure final materials are delivered in print and/or digital formats for client distribution.
  • Conduct client surveys to gather feedback and insights.
  • Study survey results and present findings to management.
  • Provide feedback and recommended action plans with relevant teams to provide service improvement.
  • Act as a liaison between corporate clients, service providers, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and timely issue resolution.
  • Reply promptly to emails and enquiries in accordance with service turnaround expectations, providing immediate initial action where required.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in sales & marketing, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A background of sales, telemarketing, inbound & outbound sales would have additional advantage.
  • Ability to read data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset
