Job Description

  • Drive New Business: Identify and develop new customer accounts in key industries. You'll be actively engaging prospects through cold calling, networking, and on-site visits.
  • Manage Existing Channels: Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and service partners. Ensure smooth communication and timely support for orders and spare parts.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards monthly and annual goals while keeping accurate records of leads and opportunities in CRM systems.
  • Stay Ahead of the Market: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, and share insights to help shape product strategies.
  • Customer Engagement: Deliver product presentations and maintain long-term partnerships with key accounts.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Manager should have:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in Malaysia, ideally within industrial equipment or technical products.
  • Proven success in sectors like semiconductor, automotive, EV batteries, or F&B.
  • Strong cold-calling and customer acquisition skills.
  • Knowledge of the Malaysian market and distribution channels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-driven, independent, and results-oriented.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
