The candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new client opportunities, developing strategic outreach plans, and securing partnerships to support the company's growth objectives.

Job Description



  • Identify and target potential new clients within the construction and building industry


  • Conduct research, prospecting, cold outreach, and lead generation activities


  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve acquisition targets


  • Deliver compelling product presentations and proposals to potential clients


  • Manage the entire sales cycle from first contact to deal closure


  • Work closely with marketing and leadership to align on market expansion goals



The Successful Applicant



  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or new client acquisition (any industry welcome)


  • Strong hunter mindset with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities


  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills


  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient


  • Able to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
